The Retreat at Quail North Apartments

I have had numerous issues with my AC unit over the past couple years and no matter what they do to temporarily fix the issue, they will never come up with a permanent solution for the unit. We have had to submit numerous tickets to fix our ac units since being here. We are not the only residents to have this issue. In addition to that, the likely hood that having a sprinkler line bust and leak water into your apartment during the winter is very possible. Once again, we are not the only only... ones who have experienced this. They do a good job of making this place seem and look like a nice a quality place to stay, but appearances are not everything. There are far better options available right down the road. I would like to notate that the maintenance team has always been friendly and quick to respond to our issues, but that's about the only positive thing I can say about this place. As soon as our lease is up, we will be leaving. I have heard and read that the management team can make that process difficult by numerous former residents, as well, so we're not exactly looking forward to that once we get to that point, but will be happy to be moving on. Not a big fan of this place! They have a lot of hidden fees not disclosed to you upfront and their amenities are always down. Manager is very rude and unprofessional!

I would strongly advise potential tenants to be aware of ongoing heating and cooling issues at this property before committing to a lease. Since moving in, I've had to submit nearly 10 work orders regarding the lack of proper air conditioning and heating in my apartment. Despite this, the issue has not been resolved, and there has been no clear explanation regarding the steps being taken to fix it.

Over the past month, maintenance has visited my apartment six times, but no lasting solution has... been provided. To make matters worse, I’ve been left frustrated by the indifference of the maintenance staff, who seems unconcerned about the situation.

If you're considering living here, be sure to keep this in mind. It seems that proper attention is not given to tenant complaints, and the lack of professionalism from the maintenance staff only adds to the frustration.

I have lived here for about a year now and I love it! The staff in the office are always so nice and friendly and really care about the people that live here. I recommend!!!!!!!

I've lived at this property for a little over 6 months, and I am absolutely in love. (Other then living on the third floor lol) I love the layout of my apartment and the feel of the community. It is quiet and serene during the day and at night. It is close to everything I need and it makes life so much easier. The office staff is amazing and always answers my questions quickly and professionally. And the maintenance staff, top tier! I will be staying here as long as possible.
