great location, but poorly managed

TLDR: I would not recommend living here.


At the top level, there are a lot of pros and cons to living here. It’s great location, easy access to downtown and the interstate. Downsides, it’s extremely loud (especially with jones concert events), there’s zero guest parking, a decent property crime problem (cars broken into mostly), and it is absolutely filthy (things like vomit, poop, spilled food, etc sitting for weeks).

I was generally just not going to write a review on the place, and let... everything sort of be a wash. but then, instead of sending me most of my deposit back after moving out, they fabricated a bunch of charges. when I tried to ask for evidence, they sent a couple 8 bit photos of just the apartment in general and then sent me to collections. When I first moved in, the rental staff were great, but they’ve had a lot of turn over, and it really shows. Would not recommend living here.

The whole west village team are amazing. I have not had a single issue where it was not resolved. I can be needy sometime and Demand safety for my family and I always feel heard and supported!

Resident for 5 years been very satisfied with staff including multiple amenities and surrounding restaurant/entertainment options. Use gym, hot tub, grill and pools regularly. Many hard working fellow professional residents create a safe and enjoyable environment.
