Top the line customer service

I can’t say enough good things about my experience here, especially because of Jasmine. When I was going through a really stressful time and needed to move quickly, she treated me with so much kindness and patience. She stayed late to help me finish my paperwork, answered every question I had, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. What could have been overwhelming turned into such a smooth and reassuring experience because of her. Jasmine truly cares about the residents... , and it shows in everything she does. I’m so grateful to have someone like her here.

Affordable and friendly

These apartments are very affordable and the staff is very nice and helpful. I put a work order in and Mark and Tommy showed up the very next morning. Grateful for the quick response time and getting me fixed up!

10/10 management and convenient location

I moved to Eagle point in 2023. They are affordable, safe and clean. Maintenance has gotten WAY faster in the past few months. I plan to stay another few years.

Great Place To Live

I’ve been living here for about three years now and just renewed my lease, which should say a lot! I’ve truly loved calling this place home. The staff is incredible. Jessica and Ashley are always so friendly, helpful, and quick to assist whenever I need anything. Maintenance is just as great. Tommy is always on top of things and gets requests taken care of quickly. It really makes a difference knowing you’re taken care of here!
