The community is kept clean and residents are friendly. It can be challenging finding parking close to your residence. If you live on the bottom floor, the ceiling creeks often due to upstairs neighbors.

Overall good experience. Maintenance is very quick. However, when speaking with staff at office, usually no follow-up and requires multiple visits for response or resolving issues.

Arrive Murray Hill is an awesome place to live. The location is great. The neighbors are friendly and the staff is very professional and helpful. The parking situation is the only downside.

I love the building, location and maintenance staff! I have had some issues with the leasing office though that were a bit annoying. I also wish the parking situation was better.

I’ve really enjoyed living at these apartments. The community feels safe and comfortable, and overall it has a very homey vibe that makes it feel like an actual place to live, not just a unit. While the building is a bit outdated and doesn’t have air conditioning, it’s still well maintained and pleasant. The quiet atmosphere and sense of comfort make it a nice place to come home to every day.
