It’s all right if you like nostalgia. The appliances are old the blinds have a wonky open and close method where the actual amateur to open and close the blinds tends to come out of the loop and it’s hard to put back in. The main manager for the community Kaylyn does not check her emails and emails are sent to everyone. I liked Ballpark where you can use the Ballpark manager email and get the community manager directly if needed. They outsource after hours maintenance to a third-party company in... Houston so good luck if if shrimp hits, the fan. You’ll likely have to call emergency services and make an insurance claim so you’re belongings would be ruined.

As my first apartment experience, I've loved living here! Neighbors are friendly, beautiful area, and staff are always helpful. I love the close proximity to the highway, valley river mall, and all the dining options within a 3-5 minute drive.
