It used to be 5 stars This used to be a pleasant place to live, but the quality of life has declined significantly over the past year.
The gym has become frustrating, with young kids frequently using the equipment improperly instead of working out. Multiple cats from 2-3 units are left roaming outside daily, which is both unsanitary and against typical pet policies. One unit has installed a video camera pointed at the pool and gym area, raising privacy concerns for residents.
Since the switch to... valet living garbage collection, service has been inconsistent. Garbage is often left sitting outside units for half a day or even over weekends when pickups are missed. Some residents wash their bins with water right in front of their units daily, creating messy puddles. The new buildings with four units per floor sometimes smell unpleasant, as tenants bring bags out early in the day for evening collection.
Additionally, people leaving food scraps in the grass every night for ducks and other animals has created a risk of attracting rats and wildlife, further degrading the grounds.
Management needs to address these issues promptly. What was once a well-maintained community now feels neglected, and the overall living experience has dropped tremendously. Read More
