Wall heater repair The maintenance crew was here within two hours of my tickets of metal they replaced the thermostat they were neat, clean, friendly, and respectable

So far so good Alway nice and polite. The out sourced services tend to not do as good a job, but our maintenance guys usually have to come in and fix it, and always do great!

A hidden treasure Before moving here I wasn't aware that this sprawling complex existed except for the ads I would see on Apartments. com. I'm very glad I decided to check it out because the moment I did I knew this would be my new home. Its proximity to nature as well as conveniences such as shopping, restaurants, MAX and bus lines along with the apartment layout and amenities for a very competitive price made Miramonte Lodge an easy choice. Now that I have lived here since 2018 and it is... under new ownership and management, the experience has gotten much better. Many improvements have been completed in the past year including resurfacing the parking lots, better lighting in the carport areas, replacement of older stairs and trim and fresh exterior paint throughout the complex. The current property manager, Tyler and his team are an awesome group of folks. An extra helping of gratitude to the maintenance team of Kenny and David who work their butts off to keep up with the demands of a somewhat older complex.

Best Owners Yet! I've luved at Miramonte Lodge for nearly 10 years, and they've sold 3 or 4 times. And the new owners never did mych but raise rents. The latest, though, is Red Tail Resudential and they have done so much! Trimmed out hazardous trees, shored up old facades, laid new concrete, painted, and made it an even better place to call home.
