This apartment is located in a multi-unit building, so occasional noise from other tenants may be heard. The unit faces a lively, central street, so some ambient city noise is possible. Smoking tobacco or marijuana inside is strictly prohibited and if detected, will result in $150 penalty. Events and/or parties are strictly prohibited and will result in fines per host discretion and immediate eviction. Quiet hours are in effect from 10pm - 7am. Any unauthorized guest is subject to a $150/guest penalty. Undeclared pets are subject to a $200 per stay penalty. Unauthorized use of extra bed/s or bedroom/s a fine of $75.
