This historic building is located in a lively urban neighborhood, so some city sounds may be audible; white noise machines are provided for added comfort. The unit is located next to the elevator, so you may hear it operating. Smoking or vaping is prohibited indoors, with a minimum charge of $500 for any violations. Guests are required to use a call box to be buzzed into the building for initial check-in and download an app to access the unit. A physical key and fob will be provided after initial check-in. Check-in is between 3 pm and 8 pm. Lockout assistance is available during business hours (9 am to 7 pm); lockouts outside of business hours will result in the guest being financially responsible for lodging or re-entry. Trash and recycling are located on the ground floor. Guests who do not take trash out on trash day will pay a $50 disposal fee. Guests must open cabinets under sinks and turn on heaters in rooms, and leave water in all taps on a slight drip when temperatures drop below 32 degrees F to prevent pipe freezing or bursting; guests are responsible for damages caused by failure to follow this rule. Guests who do not clean up after their pet will pay a $50 poop cleanup fee. Bodily fluid cleanup will result in a $500 additional cleaning fee. If anything other than toilet paper is discovered in sewer lines, the guest agrees to pay a $500 plumbing fee or more if damage is more significant. Guests must list all overnight guests on the reservation and get written permission. Children under 13 are not to be left unattended. No more than 8 people may be in the home at any time. For stays of 30+ days, initial paper products and cleaning supplies are provided, but guests are responsible for restocking once they run out.
