Events and/or parties are strictly prohibited and will result in fines per host discretion and immediate eviction. Any unauthorized guest is subject to a $150/guest penalty. Undeclared pets are subject to a $200 per stay penalty. Unauthorized use of extra bed/s or bedroom/s will result in a fine of $75. Any unauthorized early check-in or late check-out is subject to a $75 fee. A lost, missing, or otherwise unreturned key is subject to a $100 fee. Missing remotes will incur a $50 fee. Violation of house rules may result in eviction and/or monetary fine. Please remove your shoes when indoors. Spring through Fall is the sugar ant season throughout the Pacific Northwest, so please store items accordingly and clean thoroughly after cooking and eating, and dispose of food waste promptly. Please lock all doors and windows when not at home. The number of guests on your reservation should reflect the number of guests staying in the home. Please do not have any mail or packages delivered to the home. Items left behind can be shipped at the cost of shipping + a $10 processing fee. Excess cleaning may result in an additional cleaning fee.
