All persons staying overnight must be listed on the booking and have written permission. Children under the age of 13 are not to be left unattended. Guests may not have more than 8 people in the home at any time. For stays of 30 days or more, initial paper and cleaning products are provided, but restocking is the guest's responsibility. Please be respectful of neighbors and park only in assigned parking spaces. One cabinet in the TV unit is locked and not accessible to guests, as it is used for owner storage.
