Reserved parking is available with one assigned uncovered parking spot and plenty of unassigned parking for a second vehicle. Laundry facilities are located in the basements of adjacent buildings and are accessed with a key and paid for through a smartphone app. Pets are welcome and must be approved and listed on the reservation/lease. Guests agree to pay any and all damages caused by pets. A $50 poop cleanup fee will be deducted from the pet deposit for guests who do not clean up after their pet.

This is a non-smoking and non-vaping property indoors; smoking and vaping are permitted outside only. Early check-in or late check-out requests cannot be accommodated. Guests who do not clean up after their pet will incur a $50 poop cleanup fee. All overnight guests must be listed on the reservation and require written permission. Children under 13 are not to be left unattended. Guests may not have more than 8 people in the home at any time. There is no snow removal service at the property. Issues of cleanliness must be brought up within 24 hours of arrival. Trash must be taken out on trash day to avoid a $50 disposal fee. Guests are asked to be respectful of neighbors and park only in assigned parking spaces. Occasional, typical sounds from the neighbor above may be heard, and a white noise machine is provided for guest use.
