Stay away
The apartments have nice floor-to-ceiling windows. That's the only good part.
The management company is useless and never responds to emails or answers the phone. People's pets regularly defecate in the common areas and it's not cleaned up. There is an issue with the ventilation system in this building and you can smell everything that your neighbors are cooking or smoking. Packages are routinely stolen and vehicles broken into. There is no off-street parking, and street parking is difficult to... find. There are better places to live at a similar price.
