Terrible management
Do not live here if you expect responsiveness from the management company. The lease up company was great and an actual property management company. Less than four weeks after lease up they sold to a developer who now has what appears to be their family running the “management”. They will give you the run around on basic requests and are unresponsive unless continually emailed or called. The building is poorly built and was likely never intended for residential housing. There is only one small... window that opens to allow for air flow, this window has a metal covering so in an emergency or fire you’d not be able to exit the unit via the window. The unit walls and ceilings/ floors are paper thin. I can hear my neighbors washer and dryer through my walls. Every step or dropped item can be heard clearly. They currently have construction going on in the retail units most days of the week (now for 4 months) which shakes 2nd floor residential homes. The construction occurs on Saturday’s too, from 9am-3pm so no relaxing weekends for residents. The call box has never worked so don’t expect to be able to let delivery folks or company in without going down to get them. There is no onsite glass recycling. How cheap! The bus stop right out front is also loud so don’t expect to enjoy having your window open. There are so many better places in Portland at similar prices. Avoid this place!
