I love it here. It's easily the best place I've lived in Portland for endless reasons. I may never leave! (Just don't change the management)

I love the layout and design of these apartments. The windows are a huge huge plus. Overall this building is beautiful and definitely somewhere I can consider myself being for years

Not worth it, look elsewhere.
Terrible management, will have no concern for you if you have any issues. Expect to be locked out of the complex or have a broken washer and not have any help. Upon move out expect to be treated poorly. Management is constantly absent and changing as well. No AC. Too expensive. Cheap appliances. Electric fans will not work properly. I have lived at multiple complexes in the area and this one was by far the worst experience, I couldn’t wait for my lease to be up.
