I just want to say Sawbuck Apartments Team is the best I met since I been renting apartments in this country! They are fair, they are respectful of others, they know about inclusion and acceptance, they treat people right! Team Sawbuck is knowledgeable and take pride in their work! Sawbuck is simply the best!

I’ve had a great experience at Sawbuck, and a huge part of that is the amazing staff—especially Myisha. She is incredibly kind, responsive, and genuinely goes above and beyond to support residents. From the leasing process to everyday questions, she makes everything smooth and welcoming.

The building is also very well maintained, and the amenities make living here comfortable and convenient.

The building is beautiful, the staff are friendly and professional, and the location is great. The floorplans are well thought out and the price is reasonable. I would say this community is great for folks who don't own a vehicle as this location isn't part of any parking zones and the parking garage is a matrix system which malfunctions often.

Off to worse start than we were expecting due to the issue with the keys and constant pet waste in the communication areas, but we do not regret our choice and hope these issues are expediently resolved.
