Unprofessional

Don’t waste your money. The maintenance does a crappy job fixing things and barely shows up when asked. They don’t answer their emergency line for maintenance. The office staff is rude, some of apartments are updated some are not but they don’t tell you that. They also advertise on here that they have a pool but they DO NOT. There is a swim club NEXT to the complex that does not belong to them. The list goes on and on. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

Good Property and Location

I've been here for six months and love it. My only complaint is hot water. No matter what time you take a shower it is rarely hot. Other than that, maintenance is excellent, neighbors are good,

Unsecured buildings and packages stolen

I have had several packages delivered to my apartment that were stolen before I was able to retrieve them. Buildings entrances are unsecured with no locks so anyone can walk in. I have had several packages stolen like this and management does not believe me, Instead saying maybe it was lost in the mail.

Nice place to live

Close to everything but secluded and "hidden". Quick access to 378 and 22. Grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and parks nearby! Maintenance comes when you call, never have to wait too long. Only downfall is no gym and no washer and dryer in the apartment but there is a community one inside the apartment building. Not a bad place to live, friendly neighbors and great complex for dog lovers since everyone seems to have a dog!

Great neighborhood, pet friendly, and close to everything. Maintenance staff is wonderful and everyone in the office is pleasant.
