Mill Grove Apartments

I have nothing but great things to say about Mill Grove. The area is clean, safe, and quiet. The units are reasonably priced and fairly updated. To be honest, their recent excellent service in particular is why we’re so confident about remaining tenants and renewing our lease.

Where Mill Grove shines is their leasing office and maintenance teams. During snow, the sidewalks are salted and cleared immediately. Trash is always taken care of. Lawns cut, appearance maintained. Everything feels clean... , professional, and actively maintained.

The leasing office is incredibly friendly. They truly care for the residents and are almost always around to answer questions and offer solutions. When we have problems or questions, they work immediately and offered solutions.

The maintenance here is insanely quick and they are so friendly. Special shoutout to Emmanuel in maintenance - he helped our unit 5 minutes (no exaggeration, literally 5 minutes) after we reported an AC issue. He goes above and beyond and is friendly. Read More

The property is very calming so glad to keep coming home to it. Asif does a good job of always handling things under pressure as well.

I’ve lived here for two years and both winters have had horrible property management. They take too long to clear snow from sidewalks, thrown down some salt and call it a day and do almost nothing to the parking lots aside from driving a plow straight down the middle. Appliances are old and will only be replaced after multiple repairs. Rent increases are unreasonable. Do not recommend.

Possibly the most lazy management team around, when they aren’t cleaning house and putting in more incompetent staff.

Everything is drafty, no privacy, hear your neighbors using the toilet and gargling daily…things break constantly and never ever repaired.
High crime, no security like any modern managed company should have.
Vandalism, drugs, violent groups of kid’s roaming the complex, etc.
Go elsewhere and save the move out fees to cover their remodeling expenses for the next sucker.

I appreciate that they keep the complex very clean and it is typically very quiet and peaceful throughout the day. There is also a trail in the rear of the complex that is nice for walking or biking.
