Good Place to Live!

Starting my third year at AVE Blue Bell. Management and staff are friendly and the community is well-run compared to other rental buildings in Philadelphia and suburbs. Love my apartment and covered parking, especially in the winter.

Service Call

Jason went out his way to accommodate me with putting a AC unit in bedroom. He takes prides in delivering excellent customer service. I've lived here for over year it's so nice have a great support staff and neighbors. Everyone is very friendly

Impeccable!

We moved from Philly a few years ago and frequently spend weeks at a time here to see family and friends. This is our No. 1 place to stay! You can't beat the location and price.

The property is pristine, secure, quiet and well-maintained. ALL of the staff are friendly, professional, caring, and knowledgeable. The apartments are light, airy, tasteful, and super comfy,- with lots of high-end touches and gated parking. And they allow pets! The property also hosts regular events for residents,... which is really nice.

Poor management

The management cares nothing to protect customers, once there are issues, they will simply shut down the door and refuse provide any solutions.

Can’t wait to move in!

My boyfriend currently lives at Riverwalk in Conshohocken. His lease is up and ready for a place he can rent with a bit more space and privacy.
The minute we walked in we were completely overwhelmed at how BEAUTIFUL EVERYTHING is!!! What an upgrade from Riverwalk!!!
Very sophisticated and all of the employees were so great the minute we walked through the door. Which is hard to find I believe in apartment complexes.

Lauren was AMAZING. Showing us around the complex. Anyone who walked by she... went out of her way to say hello to them and knew all of their names. She seemed so kind.

Well.. needless to say, he literally signed the lease on the spot.
These places are going very fast. So if you’re interested go NOW!!!!! Ask for Lauren! She was the BEST! Can’t wait until November??
