Fantastic Apartment Complex

I have lived here for over 5 years. Great location with an excellent school district. Management and staff are top notch. I could not be happier. Close to everything and quick access to the city. I will be here for many more years. You won't go wrong choosing this apartment complex.

It's great, why change it?

My apartment feels like it was made for me. The right size, the right location, it's private, roomy, attractive, and safe. The maintenance guys are very friendly and stuff gets fixed fast. It would be nice if the apartment manager occasionally was in her office, but that's minor. My biggest beef is that someone decided to switch the electric hot water heater and HVAC to natural gas, and we have to pay $70 more a month--plus we'll get a separate gas bill. I don't understand why this is... necessary. We have our own hot water heaters and thermostats. But I will put up with it because I love it here and have no intention of moving. The rent is high...$985/ month...so free rent for a year would be huge. For a lifetime would be a gift from heaven.
