The Overlook

I really like the fact that the Overlook is entry by FOB only; I feel secure.
However, the noise level from upstairs is overwhelming most times. The staircase doors slam constantly. I don't know why they can't be put on a slowdown method like hotel doors. Apartment doors do the same thing. Not to mention the clowns that pull into the parking lot with their BOOM boxes on high and sit there for a while and my apartment just rocks! I want to walk out there and tell them they are annoying, but I... don't.

It was great living here for more than two years now. The apartment was near my workplace so I don’t have any problem being late to work. It is also near some restaurants, gasoline stations and other recreational park.

The the neighborhood is pretty quiet although right now there’s construction they are building new facilities across the street. Neighborhood is safe. There is a pool open during the summer.

When we first moved in we found some damage from the previous residents. Some things just didn’t work properly. Management sometimes doesn’t email back regarding concerns when emailed. It seems like maintenance crew can treat people however they want. Overall just not that good of an experience.

Overall nice complex, staff is helpful and friendly! However, amenities and common areas are poorly maintained! Feels abandoned, neighbors leave trash outside before pick up time for hours or even days, hall way smells and look terrible!
