Wonderful 4 years , sad to leave

The staff is wonderful! We felt like we had our own hotel suite! Buildings entryway and hallways are cleaned and maintenance is done regularly. Quiet community, close to shopping whether you're walking or driving. We were there for 4 years and couldn't ask for a better experience! Thank you and we will miss you!

Do not bother going on their waitlist

They will tell you they have an upcoming apartmemt to get you to complete the application. They already have picked out who they want to rent to whether a friend or some other agreement.
We have owned a home for 20 years and recently sold it . We are more than appropriate rental candidates. They say the listing goes out to everyone but the one they want is told first. So sad in this housing crisis to take advantage of people

Very pleased with the Landscaping company as grounds look neat and Staff picks up debris and salts surfaces in icy conditions. Very thorough in all aspects of housekeeping and yard.
