Management is professional and maintenance responds quickly to any issue. The apartments are well-maintained and the community is quiet and peaceful. I've been here six months and don't have any complaints.

The community is always clean and taken care of. Every time I’ve had a maintenance request it’s always taken care of within 24 hours and the maintenance staff is always very nice. I love the amenities as well which make the price worth it. The only thing i will say is i wish the pool was cleaned more often. Sometimes I’d go to swim and the pool would be absolutely covered in leaves.

I have lived here for over a year now and will be renewing my lease. The new management team has solved the problems of the package room with an efficient system. The gym could be better if they swapped out machines that hardly get used for more treadmills or a stair stepper but great balance of weights, machines, and cardio. Unfortunately, some tenants let their children play unsupervised in the yoga studio which ends up getting trashed with food and clothes which is very frustrating. So far... the pros outweigh the cons and the pool is nice to have in the summer.

The rental amount appears to be little high. Otherwise it has been a great residential experience. Request to property management or Lease Office admin team to consider the long term residents and help reducing the rental amount. This would really very helpful.
