How Is This Rating Determined?

Good Value, Not Perfect

Good value/location. Property manager does a nice job with the resources that Morgan Properties provides. Maintenance services are outsourced and moderately slow.

The entire apartment complex, which is probably 20+ buildings, shares a single outdoor amazon locker for package delivery. This locker is constantly overflowing, and the Amazon employees will drop extra packages on the ground next to the locker instead of delivering them to tenants doors. Morgan properties will not add a second Amazon... locker, despite high demand for one. Amazon employees have no incentive to deliver packages to tenants' doors. Package theft is not uncommon when the locker overflows.

I lived in this apartment almost all my life and I have a lot of friends around here and the field where I got inside or great so I get this a five socket. I really like these apartments best one I’ve ever been to.

Still love living here. Love my apartment. And think the staff is great. The grounds are kept beautifully and the quick treatment of parkling lot and sidewalks when it snowed is great.

This apartment complex is in the Conshohocken part of Pennsylvania. It is located in good area near many grocery stores, restaurants and small businesses. Parking spots are always available and ver convenient to public transportation.
