It's not a bad place to live
I moved here, mostly sight unseen (I toured a property located elsewhere that had the same floor plan) before a cross-country move. It is perfectly suitable for a single such as myself. A couple living together would probably find it satisfying too. Though there are a couple of families with kids on the property, I imagine ideally you'd want more space if you had a kid. There's plenty of space for a single. The location isn't exactly ideal. I have to Uber to pretty much everything (I don't drive... and the weather often discourages biking). It's extremely remote and isolated, which was difficult to know before moving here. But maybe that's a plus for you, I don't know. There's really nothing in this area, though. The nearest bus stop is probably a mile and a half away. This property might be best for a WFH/digital nomad individual.
