Stonington Farm

Horrible policies against renters if you need to break your lease. We rented here while looking to buy a home, a one year lease, knowing we would probably have to break our lease. We just found out that we are closing in 30 days on our home, their policy requires a 60 day notice, so we will have to pay for a month of rent unnecessarily. Also, there is an additional penalty of 2 months rent, so, we will have to pay $7,100 out of pocket. Highway Robbery!!!

I’ve lived at Stonington Farm for 5 years and it’s been a great experience. The office staff Mark and Katya are friendly, understanding, and helpful. They have worked quickly with us on all issues no matter how small. The maintenance staff are friendly and keep the complex clean. I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for an apartment to move there.

Living at Stonington, you are, literally a short walk or ride into Doylestown which offers everything from shopping to local live entertainment, 2 movie theaters 5 minutes from... your door and great shopping malls and grocery stores.
