Exton Crossing Apartment Homes

I've lived here for a while now. Every year the rent goes up and every year the quality significantly goes down. The office hires the cheapest landscapers who hack away the beautiful trees and leave the dead ones there. Unkept grass often. Getting maintenance to come out is nearly impossible because they have too little staff and give them multiple places to turn over at the last minute. We just live with it because it isn't worth the hassle when your tickets just get closed. Amenities fee is... $20/per month and barely anything is maintained. Car wash has been broken for over 5 years. Gym equipment often broken down. The fountain in front of the complex has been broken over a year. There used to be a nature trail they just let get overgrown so you can't even use it. Dog waste often piles up without getting changed out. I did a tour here and I noticed a few things that were red flags to me. The property was not clean, it does not look like they power wash the buildings or balcony’s, there was green moss everywhere. Some parts of the property had litter, seems like tenants are not asked to keep balcony’s free of clutter, it looked like their apartments are pouring out onto their balcony’s. Dog poop EVERYWHERE, I did not see one dog station that had bags for tenants to clean up after themselves, not even at the... dog park. I move in several months ago. These are the most caring people and nicest I have met. They make it their business to know everyone name, we have games every month, it quiet, and they keep the lawn cut , beautifully. I love having a back yard and a front. When I email Nicole, she answer right back, no more than 24 hours unless it’s an emergency. Sure is a joy to live in a quiet community , nice, well kept apartments.

This place has been amazing to live at, very modern apartment tons of space and a fireplace has been such an underrated feature for the winters. Very nice friendly community and staff and extremely dog friendly 10/10

We have really enjoyed living at Exton Crossing! From the time we toured, the staff has been super helpful and accommodating to our needs. They even show genuine interest of us and our dog, which makes it feel more like home! It’s also super convenient that it has its own “community” when walking our dog and getting to meet other dog owners. One of my favorite places we have lived!
