New Owners

It is going downhill daily.
Discouraging people to not say hello to each other! No more landscaping. Advertise concierge service but there is none. Very unfriendly and property owners are not quick to repair elevators (3 weeks) or in the office suites next door. Many renters are saying they will not be renewing the next lease. Apartments are only about 89% occupied. Office team keeps door locked... when there is even anyone here.
It is a shame it is changing so much so fast. Most long term... renters are just sad and unhappy with the entire mess.

My first apartment

Pa place is an all round great place to stay......the staff is nice every morning there is coffee and cookies waiting for you the rent is reasonably set for location....... But the train that rolls by a. Night is the only drawback.
