The Village of Laurel Ridge and The Encore Apartments and Townhomes

I have had nothing but issues since I moved into this property. The neighbors are loud, maintenance is extremely slow to come out, and my neighbors smell so badly that I can smell in with my door closed. They will just randomly charge you money on your account and not give you an explanation. Beware and look somewhere else.

Area is nice but the property isn't worth the inflated prices. My rent went up 10% last year and over 5% this year. Now they want $25 per month to guarantee a parking spot in front of your town home for your car. Look closely before signing on here.

There are a few things I have to warn you about.
1. Nice ok place, but the leasing office is unprofessional. Why????
A. They don't fix anything in a timely manner.
B. They don't return calls or emails.
C. They have attitudes (All of them).
D. They say they will do something but they don't follow through.

2. The walls are super thin so you can hear everything from the neighbor next door.

We're a young couple on a budget but are loving the quiet suburban life in the Village of Laurel Ridge. Our townhome is a little outdated, but is spacious, well-kept, and worth every dollar. It's a friendly, safe neighborhood with a nice pool and fitness center. It's also quite dog-friendly! We're happy with our choice and plan to stay!
