The Reserve and Gardens at Hershey Meadows

While living here I had so many issues with noise (as there is not quiet hours) and the walls are paper thin, plumbing issues causing the entire apartment to flood after calling maintenance numerous times because there were issues with plumbing, so many issues with parking (the garages are an extra fee).

The dog park is just a small fenced in area of grass while the rest of the entire back property has a sad park and then it's basically just all grass. Want to go outside during the sunset?... Don't think about it. There are no trees to block the sun and its blinding. It's also just kind of depressing and sad. The apartment itself and the landscaping look like an apartment version of the early 2000s cookie cutter McMansions, and they try to call them luxury too. The only think luxury is the fireplace and a gas stove.

They also do not pay for utilities so you have this expensive 'luxury' apartment that constantly has issues, noise that the landlord does nothing about, the saddest landscaping, a pool that's overcrowded and a gym that feels crowded with three people in it. they said there was a handicap apts. but that was a lie you have to have it done yourself and then be put back to the way it was when you move. don't care about your needs cost is too high 2oo security for cat and then 20.00 every month.have pool but cant use since handicap no handicap areas .girls in office are not very nice.
