I enjoy having my own entrance and own covered parking space. The complex is always clean and I feel safe. I have read the other reviews on other websites before I posted my own and will just say that many more people will quickly post a bad review before they will ever post a good one. I had 2 co workers who lived here in the past and both got all or most of their security deposit returned to them . They both kept a clean home and followed the list of items that needed to be done before they... moved out. i am surprised to see negative reviews. I had lived here for for 4 years and I thought the apartment were great. Their floor plans were larger than most , they were very clean and maintenance was always on top of things. The carport was a great selling point and included in the rent my entire security deposit was returned to me .

We recently moved to one of the newer properties down the street, thinking that the grass is greener & boy were we wrong! We miss Henderson Square !!!
Having our own covered parking spot was a great selling point when we moved in & I really miss it t for keeping car car out of the sun & elements . We loved the feeling that our apartment was our home with our private entrance where when we walking from outside, we are in our home and not some lobby or... hallway. I miss having Giant a stones throw away . John & Bob in maintenance were always easy to deal with and Jeanne the manager was always available if any issues arose. I read many of the reviews about a bad move out experience and I experienced nothing like that. We got instruction as to what was expected of us when we moved out and it made it easy peasy. A quite and calm neighborhood with a clean look on the property, supportive office staffs and helpful maintenance staffs. Extensive parking which includes free covered parking and School bus access within community. If you leave the unit the way you get it during move-in, I'm sure you will get the full refund when move-out (I'm not sure why many has a bad move-out remarks, however I'm fortunate to get the full security refund after the move-out)!
