DO NOT LIVE HERE

I truly wish I could give zero stars to this awful place. This is without a doubt the absolute worst living experience I have ever had and it's not even close. Look at all the recent views and the current trends for this place. Everyone is having the same experience and it's going downhill FAST.

They will do everything possible to get as much money from you as they can while doing everything in their power to do absolutely nothing to help you with issues or make improvements to the building or... community. They will trap you in overpriced leases so you can never save up enough to move out. Save yourself the grief and torment and just find a private renting option somewhere else in town. You will find many full houses for LESS than what they charge here for a poorly maintained, 100-layer paint contractor special.

While this place has actually been a nightmare to live in, Mitchel Morgan owner of Morgan Properties, current net worth reaches $6.1 billion, funny huh?

The staff both maintenance and office are wonderful. It is close to grocery stores and the train so I can get to work. Having the option to have a washer and dryer in the apartment is great because it is a time saver and very convenient overall.

Great place to call home! The staff is amazing and the location is perfect! You can tell this is more than just an apartment community by the way the staff treats it! They treat it as if it were their own home; always looking for better ways to do things and providing excellent customer service from the leasing office to the maintenance staff!

Good place to stay. I have observed that, good care of maintenance requests and communication on same. This place is near to supermarkets and Lansdale metro.Nice environment
