The Flats at Lansdale

My family and I moved here about a year ago and we absolutely love the place. The management team of Chris and Talore were so awesome. Recently a new management team and Company has taken over The Flats of Lansdale and you can instantly see the change.
The buildings and parking lots are not as clean as they used to be. There are times that the trash pickup service has been missed. I am not sure how the new management team selects their new residence but as of recently in the A building by the... elevators and the mailboxes and the hallway leading out to the rear parking lot this area in the evening always reeks of marijuana. ON nice night we have to close our windows because the smell of marijuana overtakes our apartment. I've had to purchase air purifiers to battle the smell. When my wife and I first moved into this facility, we considered living out our final days here, but as of recently, we are considering moving out when our lease is up next year. Read More

The parking lots have garbage blowing around. People are not cleaning up after their dogs. The floors and hallsways are dirty, they must have fired the cleaning crew who before this management company came on board kept this place clean and smelling good. All of the office staff is slow to respond to questions or return messages. Malik the maintenance person is great, but he can only do so much himself.

As of March 19, 2026, RPM Living became the new owners of the property. During their short time, the property is noticeably not as clean as when the company was owned by the previous company and their amazing team (Chris, Taylor, and Malik). The trash cans are always overflowing with trash, the elevators and lobby have the same trash in the floor daily. Also, the sink in the common area often has the same mugs sitting in the sink with sitting water. YES, I have addressed both the Community... Manager and the Assistant Community Manager. My family and I moved into The Flats of Lansdale in July 2025. Upon moving in we were met by the facility staff who made our move an easy transition. They did an awesome job of keeping the facility clean inside and out. On March 20th 2026 a new company (RPM LIVING) purchased the building and a new management team was introduced. Immediately we noticed a change in the cleanliness of the building going down. Trash cans around the facility stay filled to the brim with trash spilling onto the floor.... The area where tenants can enjoy coffee and watch TV and play pool, the sink has had dirty cups in it for days iThe hallways have not been vacuumed, elevators have not been cleaned and the trash service that we pay for (trash pickup from our apartment door ) has been neglected. These issues were bought to management by my wife and I and as of the writing of this letter the trash cans are still stuffed to the top with trash and have not been addressed. Great place to live! Love the amenities…one area that could be improved would be advanced notice when the Clubhouse portion of building A has been rented for a party. We are frequently given very little notice that we should not enter the area, and walking through the party space is the only way to access the mail room.

A new management company took over a little over a week ago… sadly, this means a change in management staff. Too early to comment on the new management, but as of yet, there... has been very little communication or any introduction to the new management office or maintenance staff. Read More
