Horrible

litter everywhere, outside and in, kids being very loud outside and through the stairwells, all ages, lots of banging and yelling, fights, crying, twice now I have personally found drug packets in the parking lot. The apt is a dump so you better see it for yourself if they show you one instead that is ‘the same’ model. Maintenance is never allowed to replace something if it works regardless of how poorly or loudly. The lighting in my kitchen and bathroom are like 30 years old, and all the apt...
cabinets are old and tattered. Your floor could reek of cat urine and they will deny until the day of your move in—you get what you get the day you move in so you literally have to not move in to show cause for breach so they fix things and do what is supposed to be done as a standard between tenants. Either way, you will still inherit bathroom tub cartoon stickers/anti-slip for children left behind stuck in the tub, clogged drains, holes in window screens, nonfunctioning vents in every room, horrific dishwasher staining, rattling air ducts, squirrels running through the walks and ceiling….
Don’t be bamboozled, don’t be gaslighted, you cannot rely on being understood when reporting problems or rely on them to follow instructions you give about times to enter, also don’t figure they will evict someone who clogs the entire bldg plumbing with soiled cat litter.
Don’t get stuck having to give a full 2 month notice to vacate—which is always greater than 60 days—because nobody holds an apt even for weeks let alone months.

And no, I have excellent credit and credibility. 800+, and all said has been experienced by me, while I guess half of said can be confirmed by neighbors.

Good luck, cuz hey, maybe somethings are just more like a raffle, and maybe I got all the crap.

Worst apartment complex in dauphin county

This complex is the worst complex in dauphin county. This complex offers a lot more then they give. While living in the complex I had nothing but problems from mold that gets covered with a spray that says don’t spray it on mold ( kill spray) all the way to them not fixing stuff when reported, they also have a problem with bed bugs multiple apartments have reported about and they make you pay 600 out of your pocket. I regret even deciding to move into this complex.

Okay But HORRIBLE Package Pirates

Building is fine. Typical apartment. Nothing to write home about, but the amount of packages that go missing is insane. Management does not care. They will suggest you send items to the office, which is open on Saturday! But there are no package lockers and the building is not secure. Would be a great place to live if I didn't have packages disappearing on a monthly basis.

DONT

Lemme start off on saying that since we moved our gutter has been hanging off the side of the building in front of our porch, hard water, squirrels in our ceiling and air vents, along with mice in our walls, porch falling apart with water damage, sewage back ups, mice inside out living space three times. Ignored emails, horrible management, lying about the gutter getting fixed on multiple occasions. Loud neighbors, we’ve had multiple ant problems, hard water. Unsafe living space that they sold... to our new neighbors below us with the roof of their porch completely torn down, very very thin walls. This is a horrible place to stay in, they’re just draining you of your money until they eventually evict you with a short time period to try and drain you of more money.

RUN!

Bugs, water damage, mold, broken appliances, no management, ignored emails and calls, no call no show maintenance, bugs, no lease enforcement, lies about repairs and costs, thin walls, loud and inappropriate neighbors, unsafe common places, bugs, rude employees, inappropriate employees, illegal pets, property damage, hard water, sewage backups, unsafe electrical work, bugs specifically fleas and roaches… I shouldn’t even have to keep going but I could. This place will bankrupt you financially... and mentally. Spend another year at your mom’s house, I promise this place is awful. They will tell you anything to get you in and then do nothing to help you or get out.
