When I did a scheduled walk through, I did not see the missing ceiling tiles, stained tiles, dirt and debris on the carpets, the cesspool, the trash and junk outside of the units facing the pool, smell the smoke and drugs, or see the "residents" who reside there, some with children in a box smaller than a shoe closet. I told so many people about the hidden "gem" that I thought I found only to discover that it is worse than a trailer park, where the residents usually own their trailers, therefore... they make an attempt at upkeep.

This place is an absolute disaster zone—think of a run-down sitcom set with a side of nightmare. Communication? Non-existent; trying to get a response from staff is like shouting into a black hole. Maintenance issues are best fixed by your own hands, and don’t count on AC, clean water, or a functioning heating system. If you’re into a revolving door of illegal activity—weed, crack, meth—welcome! Your personal and financial info are apparently open season here, so good luck with that. The... property is a trash heap, with litter, bee problems that they refuse to fix, and accommodations that are still just a pipe dream. Despite the facade of friendliness, they’ll smile to your face and then ignore your problems faster than you can say "security risk." Love this place everyone takes care of all our requests

The pool is non functional, the courtyard is abysmal, the “gym” is on a bare concrete floor in a closet, the ac doesn’t work so their solution is to install a paltry portable unit that takes up much needed space in unit. They do not have what they advertise. The WiFi never works, the furniture they have is recycled from old hotel and is disgusting. Nothing is as it seems here. They keep saying “coming soon” nothing is being done to get this place finished in a timely manner and yet no discount... for not being able to use things they advertise as having. Read More
