Advertisement is misleading
When I did a scheduled walk through, I did not see the missing ceiling tiles, stained tiles, dirt and debris on the carpets, the cesspool, the trash and junk outside of the units facing the pool, smell the smoke and drugs, or see the "residents" who reside there, some with children in a box smaller than a shoe closet. I told so many people about the hidden "gem" that I thought I found only to discover that it is worse than a trailer park, where the residents usually own their trailers, therefore... they make an attempt at upkeep.
I was so embarrassed when I took my people there. I had no idea the building was falling apart. I would not move a service dog there. Perhaps a mut, but then again, maybe not.
