How Is This Rating Determined?

Leaser beware

Highly disorganized organization. Emails go unresponded to, you have to repeatedly call leasing agents in order to get ahold of anyone and usually they have to go speak with management before answering (management also does not exist on weekends). After clearing credit and background checks and having an apartment held I still have not been given the keys days later. I highly recommend looking elsewhere, if that is how they treat new tenants I cannot fathom how poor the response rate is once... they have your money.

A gem in the center of Philadelphia

One of the best apartment properties I had stayed. This property has beautiful amenities and it is very well-managed. The whole building is spotlessly clean. The concierge associates had gone out of their way to make sure we had a pleasant and safe stay. Definitively will stay here again when visit Phyllis.
