The buildings have severe MOLD problems and they won't address it unless YOU push to have the flooring removed. AC sucks especially during heat waves (and you can't control it). You hear your neighbors all the time, almost as if you are their roommate. Ventilation when cooking sucks, whole floor and apartment will smell like food. If neighbor microwaves something it instantly comes into your side so good luck with that. Overall management does not communicate well among themselves or to tenants.... I did not appreciate the lack of natural light. Also, they charge you if you move out early and if you move out late. So they're just money-hungry. Lastly, the street always floods. You can find a better place.

Why would you spend so much money to live in a place with no windows in the living area or kitchen? Where the bathroom directly opens into the kitchen? Where you will be woken up by the endless sounds and smells of construction as early as 6am [which is not allowed by the city of Philadelphia, mind you]? Where you are CHARGED to move out if you’re not fully out within 3 hours???? Where the leasing agent WILL boldface lie to you [if she even makes your appointment, lol].

It’s not walkable [the... street always floods after the rain, construction blocks the side walk] and comp for comp, there are better gyms and apartments in the area for the same price if not cheaper. AC and heat are NOT in your control. Noises and issues in the building are never addressed. Extremely unprofessional management team when it comes to resolving issues, basic questions go unanswered with no response saying out of office or something for weeks.

4419 Ludlow has a very friendly and warm feeling. The exterior patio and the Fitness Center are very nice added features. All of the residents are very nice. I have lived here for two years now.
