Great apartments and management !

Amazing stuff, they helped me a lot with all the procedures and paperwork. The apartment complex is very clean and beautiful. Apartments are pretty big with walking closets , which is a big benefit for my wife ,they have a lot of parking spots right next to the door also a swimming pool is one more reason why I am here. The neighbourhood is calm and very beautiful. Thanks a lot to the management and my rental consultant Olena for their job!

Living at Park Place One

I just arrived at Park Place One Apartments. I really like this place and I feel safe here. The apartment is very nice, clean, spacious and quiet. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a good apartment.

Best Place

Park Place One Apartments are are the best you will ever find in Philadelphia. They are affordable, but more importantly, the staff here is so so so helpful and responsive. The location is great, It's very close to shopping center, and even bus station is very near. I have been lucky enough to be living here for the last 5 years ,and I could not recommend them enough. What I like the most about my apartment is that I have a laundry room in my unit, and I also have a balcony. Maintenance guy is... great , too. In general, staff are all very pleasant and understanding about each tenant's unique experience. I would definitely recommend this place!

We respond to emergencies 24/7. We take pride in the appearance of the communities buildings and grounds. We do most of our repairs in house, including snow removal.
