When that happens, our team works overtime to make up for the delay—but we never take shortcuts in preparing an apartment for its next resident. We don’t just patch or cover repairs; we ensure that when work is completed, the result looks and feels substantially new. Fixtures and cabinetry are replaced based on both functionality and appearance—and that’s exactly what we did in your new home. We’re fortunate to have an amazing team of highly skilled tradesmen and women, supported by a management team that holds every home to a standard they would expect for their own families. While nearly every visitor to our model apartment falls in love with the spacious design and features, few expect their own home to be delivered in a condition that actually surpasses the model—but we do just that. Thanks for taking the time to tell other families about your experience as a resident for 5 years. We make customer satisfaction our top priority. We generally have a waiting list of families wanting to live at the Park Place One not only because of... the wonderful apartment homes, but because of the reputation our staff has built with regard to providing timely service, by experienced and thoughtful men and women. We respond to emergencies 24/7. We take pride in the appearance of the communities buildings and grounds. We do most of our repairs in house, including snow removal. We are always the very first community to have the snow removed, and our sidewalks and parking lots salted. We are delighted that you have take the time to recognize our efforts.
