I have lived here for over 6 years and has consistently gone down hill. I would not recommend anyone live here it is only convenient at this point but recently getting worse since there is no security.

I really love living here. It's such a safe, clean and welcoming community environment. The location is perfect - you have the peaceful and beautiful Schuylkill River Trail right in the backyard and all the excitement of Bridge Street right out front!

I love my apartment. Great views. Lots of light. I keep it nice. The on-site staff is courteous and helpful to the extent they can be. Everything else in the building is not so great. In fact, much of it is falling apart, broken or dirty. I'm not trying to be nasty; it's simply a fact. This is a decision made by the owners not to invest in repairs. Prospective tenants notice the difference between the front and the back of the building and have -- without prompting -- sponteineously... told me that this is why they did not rent here.
