The View North Hills

I recently moved in and am loving it so far! The hallways are always clean and smell great, which is such a nice change from my last apartment where the hallways smelled terrible. You can tell they are cleaned regularly and the property is well taken care of.

I also love the tall ceilings and how spacious my apartment feels. There’s plenty of room for me and my golden retriever, and having a park nearby for him is a huge plus! The location is great too you can walk to several restaurants, which... is super convenient.

I would not recommend The View North Hills to anyone who values security, quiet, or responsive property management.

One of the property’s advertised features is controlled access, yet the entrance door to my building has not worked properly for approximately three weeks. A security feature is meaningless when the door does not reliably secure the building. This is not a minor inconvenience; it directly affects residents’ safety and peace of mind.

The basketball court is also a significant... source of disruptive noise, making it difficult to relax and peacefully enjoy the apartment I pay to live in. Prospective tenants deserve to know about this before signing a lease.

Meanwhile, management repeatedly encourages residents to post online reviews. I wish the same level of attention were being given to correcting the ongoing problems residents actually experience. Based on my experience, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere before committing to live here. Read More

Great place to live ! super close to eveything! The lady who i met with was super nice , showed me around and was a big reason i moved in here.

So far love it! Clean quiet and close to a variety of things. Best is for my girlfriend cuts her commute for work down. Our leasing agent Lucia was a pleasure to work with. She walked us through the process and helped guided us through parts of the area. Easy to speak with and just a lovely person.

I really enjoy living here. The community is clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The staff Lucia, Nikki, Dylan, Lauren, Feta and Jeff are friendly, helpful, and always takes care of any issues quickly. I especially appreciate how respectful and professional the maintenance team is. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience here and would definitely recommend these apartments! The gym has new equipment and pool is fun.
