Highly incompetent and rude staff. Often made errors in account keeping. I ended up paying more than what was required on a couple of occasions, only to be reimbursed the amount upon me bring to their attention that their records were wrong.
Don't know how some reviewers found the staff to be polite and helpful.

Water comes out of the tap white, hot water just doesn't work parts of the day, management forces multiple showings a month, AC unit does not cool the back bedrooms. Everyone just excuses issues as being old housing. Would not recommend staying here for any amount of time.

Overpriced, old housing. Can find much nicer apartments that are $200 cheaper in downtown state college. Apartments are extremely noisy as well, can hear neighbors through the wall even at a conversational volume. Laundry facilities are overpriced, dryers typically need to be run 2 times to dry clothes so just one complete load ends up costing $7.

This is a great place to get away from the craziness of Downtown State College. Rather quiet to study peacefully but ever once and awhile you will be treated to the sounds of the local high school marching band, they're pretty good. There is ample parking and within close proximity to two bus stops. Also Weis, and Domino's is right around the bend, an easy walk. Did I mention pets are allowed?! There is a small fee for dogs, and cats but it was free for me to house my bunny.
