The property and the amenities were awesome. The property was presented very well, and I would definitely recommend the property to someone who is in the market for an apartment. its a nice restores place if you like historic buildings,

Everything about living here has been pretty terrible. Most of the other tenants in the building are incredibly disrespectful. Constant noise of children running down the hallways at early morning hours, dogs barking, dogs urinating/defecating directly outside the main entrances so it smells putrid in the spring and summertime... the list goes on. There is also trash all over the property. Wheels have been stolen off of multiple vehicles, people who don't live here have gotten arrested for... selling narcotics on property. Management seems to not care about any of these issues. In fact, when brought to their attention they actually say that youre the problem. This place has had staffing issues since we moved in (wonder why) & the building has also flooded twice in the last 2 months, causing major damage to apartments and the recreational facilities. Only one elevator is operational, and there have been periods of time (over a month) that we have had to rely solely on the stairs... good luck if you're on the 4th floor. Please take good note of the condition of the property when you come for a visit and think twice before applying!

Do not recommend living here. You get accused of things, charged late fees during covid pandemic, management is so unprofessional and rude.

I absolutely love living here. Lori and Sue Ellen are amazing. If we ever need anything or have any questions they are very prompt. The way that this apartment looks here in Rhode island would cost us double in Nj. I love this place.
