What a place!

This is an awesome place to live. All the amenities this place has you cannot ask for more. The views are spectacular there is no need to look elsewhere.

Bay View-A change of life and address !!!

I was born in Newport and lived here for the first 46 years of my life and then moved to Maine for 30 years but due to the loss of my husband decided to come back to my roots with great trepidation as to finding a place to live !!! After looking at several apartments I ended up at Bay View Estates and looked at two different apartments and then chose one with a million dollar view which i was fortunate enough to get. It has been three years now and I couldn't be happier with all the amenities... available here such as - a community room, laundry, post office, internet room, exercise room. Seems like this will never end but there is more -a swimming pool, garden plots, bocce court,tennis court and a grilling station area for all to make their own picnic's. I know of no other place on this island like the peace and security that this one has given me with a staff who goes beyond the call of duty to be more than pleasant and helpful.
