No communication

Like nearly all of the reviews say… It’s impossible to get in contact with the office. No one answer calls or emails.

office does not answer calls

It's impossible to get through to the office, it goes to an answering service no matter what time of day you call.

I assume it's the same for residents, so what happens if there's an emergency and you have no office phone? That's a really serious issue for residents
