Easy Renewal Process Is Greatly Appreciated Communicating with Rising Sun Mills has been pretty easy whether using the portal or talking with management. Receiving the lease offer early gave me the time to read the lease thoroughly and then discuss the suggested raise in rent. There are many positives as well as areas that need improvement in my 6M building. Overall it is safe living here as a single woman. My rent should reflect the condition of the apartment and not based on the “market”.... This area is not the East Side of Providence by any stretch of the imagination. A lot of low income people live in this neighborhood. The area is not pristine and could be cleaner. Right now I am happy with my rent for what I am receiving. I appreciate the portal being available. It make communicating and paying my rent very easy.
