Outstanding!!

Today we walked in not knowing if we were gonna end up renting here or not. The last few weeks hunting for a new place to rent, Katie and Cody helped us put all those worries away and knowing we have found a place. Outstanding Service

We were greeted by Katie and given a full tour. We returned and worked with Cody to finalize our new apartment. The entire process was seem less and actually enjoyable. We are so appreciative for the level of professionalism and attention to detail.

Fantastic!

Katie and the Parc at Broad River team has made this move transition for me smoothly. I’ve had so much anxiety leading up to my move in date and Katie ensured that I was taken cared of, and even reached out to ensure she was there to greet me and have all my stuff ready for me to grab my keys and get settled after my 15 hour drive. The Parc at Broad River apartments are beautiful, the cleanliness is excellent, the community is friendly and peaceful as I’ve enjoyed valet trash! Excellent service!

Parc is not only a lovely place to live but the process to move in was about as seamless as I’ve ever experienced. Cody was a huge help throughout the whole process and my family couldn’t be happier!!!
