Leasing office staff is very kind and helpful! We have a 3 bedroom unit and have plenty of space. Apartment is modern and clean. We have had only repair request. Response was a little slow but manageable. We have lived here 8 months. We would recommend Emerson Isles and have!

Lived here for almost three years and they have made a lot of improvements to the property since. Very responsive staff and any maintenance requests (even after hours) were handled quickly. Best apartment living in Bluffton.

I just moved in and I am already loving it. The 2 bedroom 2 bath has so much space and I love the huge screened in patio. I didn't have to worry about a washer and dryer also because it came with it! The amenities are really nice, can't wait to lay by the pool and hopefully I will find someone who can teach me how to play pickleball because they have 3 courts! The ladies in the office are very sweet and super helpful. Excited to call Emerson Home.
