Hampton Lake is a beautiful community and the apartments are awesome. Up to date appliances and a staff that really takes care of its residents. They also work to keep the rent reasonable and don't just try to make more profits, I feel they consider their residents and the economic state of affairs. From the office staff to maintenance they are all fantastic. I would highly recommend living here.

Management and maintenance are always quick to respond to my questions and concerns. It’s such a beautiful, resort community to live in. Neighbors are friendly and welcoming. Close to shopping, beach, medical offices.
