Great job Austin fixed the light switch without any issues, he got here early, on time, was professional, left the area clean, he came with tools and ready to go & got it done.

Maintenance are great! Shawn has been great in dealing with our maintenance issues. He is always considerate and goes out of his way to resolve issues

Best place to live in Charleston I genuinely believe this is the best place to live in Charleston. The complex is stunning and feel like a resort, from the pond with a fountain, string lights & walking trail around it as you drive in, to the shady walking trails, to the insanely awesome pool & clubhouse, to the dog parks & huge dog community, to the community events, to the amazing community & staff. The location is minutes from downtown or Folly beach & directly next to most grocery... stores/other places you could need to go. Maintenance has always been fast & the area is very safe. This is an insanely beautiful place to live that will make you happy every day. If it weren’t getting out of my price range, I would have stayed indefinitely. Thanks Riverland for a great 3 years! An Incredible 4 Years My husband and I loved living at Riverland Woods - the staff, our neighbors, the location to Folly Beach and the gorgeous walking paths made daily living so peaceful and fulfilling. We only left because we moved to a different state. Thank you so much for everything!
