I lived with mold in my bedroom for over five months- no apologies, no accommodations, no acknowledgement. When you call the office, they sound like they are reading off of... a script - no feelings at all for the customers concerns. Trash compactor is always broken - so they want you to let the trash pile up in your apartment (how does that make sense). They think painting over everything in black is called “luxury” - no, it just made it look horrible. If you come visit this place, make sure you pay attention to the details- everything is rushed, chipped, and not worth luxury prices. I am glad to be done with Sunbelt Properties. They made the last six months of my stay horrible!!!!

I have lived in this community for almost 10 years and have seen a few management companies come and go. The new management company that took over the community in August is excellent! The new office staff are so welcoming and friendly. Maintenance is taking care of my service request faster than the previous companies. We are excited to see what the community will look like after the renovations are done.

Love the new office staff they are sooo much better than the last owners! Love how they are doing resident events again! Maintenance is super fast completing my work orders. The renovations look great, so excited to see the finished work!!

I live in the apartments for 3 years. My next lease the want to raise my rent $497 a month. My roof has been leaking for 6 months. There is now mold on the hole where the water runs into my apartment every time it rains. Makes you wonder what it looks like above my sheetrock. My smoke detectors were going off for no reason so they just removed them and never replaced them. The lady in the office has been nothing but rude. The office is never open. Find another place to live. Cars broken into, front gate always broken, dog poo and trash all over the grounds. Overpriced for what you’re getting. This place has gone downhill considerably since this new company took over. I’ve had my motorcycle stolen as well. No security of any kind. Find a different place to live, please. Few weeks ago management took away the two trash cans by the mailbox. This is where we toss out junk mail. Asked about it and was told that people were throwing their unit... trash in their. So great, you screw it up for the rest of the tenants doing the right thing? Abandoned vehicles in the parking lot that have been sitting for MONTHS in the same spot get tagged but NEVER towed???
